Your privacy is of course important to us. We only collect information where necessary to ensure smooth service and dealing with you. We only keep your information for as long as we are required by law or as long as it is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. You can visit the website and browse without having to provide personal details. When you shop at the website you have to provide information like name, email address, postal address, delivery address, telephone number, mobile number and like.
We do not collect your payment details as we use Paypal and Borgun as our main payment gateways. At Paypal and Borgun, all your payment details are securely processed and we are never in possession of those details.
We will use the provided information to process your orders and to give you as good service as possible. We will have to pass your name and address on to a third party in order to make a delivery of the product to you, for example a courier or postoffice.

We accept all credit cards processed by Paypal and Borgun. You do not have to have an Paypal account to shop at our site. We do not receive or store your credit information as you are directed to Paypal or Borgun (you choice) when you have reached that step in your shopping process. If you would prefer not to create an account at Paypal, then simply select the option ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ and you can enter your card details and confirm the payment as a PayPal guest.
We may cancel a sale if the product is not available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and return any payment that you have made.
Delivery and shipping:
You have to estimate a delivery time from 7 to 14 days depending on where in the world you live. We usually ship orders the same day or the day after, but be advised that delivery of your order can sometimes take longer than mentioned. Delivery can be delayed during peak holiday seasons.
If the Post Office is not able to deliver your package it will usually be held at the customer’s local sorting office for 10 working days. If the package has not been collected within the time according to local custom, the order will be returned to us. You will then be responsible for any additional postage fees if we have to resend the order having been returned to us. If you have not received your order within 14 working days after receiving a confirmation of the purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Quality and return:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.
We are hooked on quality, but if you receive a product which is not in excellent condition you will send it to us to inspect within a reasonable time. To provide any remedies for a faulty product we need you to specify in details in which way the product is damaged or defective and you have to provide us with the delivery note number and all needed information we require to find where the problem is to be found.
If you would like us to repair, replace or provide a refund for the product we have to ensure that the product has note been used or has been subjected to improper care.
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We´ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (or you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If on the other hand the fault is not ours, you will pay the shipping cost of the returned product.
All items MUST be returned to us in the exact same condition you received them. They must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. If clothing smells of perfume, deodorant, cigarettes, are covered in hair, or any reason that will deem them unfit for resale, you cannot return them. Please take great care in trying on the garment and be sure to repack it and store it safely until it can be returned.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the product, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The time period takes in account the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return and the time it takes Paypal and your bank to process our refund request which can take up to 10 business days.
